B2B Catalog + Calculators — Rels-Komplekt
Rels-Komplekt
B2B website + bot that auto-generates quotes, checks stock, and pulls current prices. 70–100 leads/month processed automatically.
Problem
A railway components supplier was operating without a digital storefront: orders came in haphazardly, quotes were assembled manually for each request, and product documentation lived in spreadsheets and contractor emails. The cycle from request to commercial proposal took hours — and B2B leads go cold fast.
Solution
We launched a production site with two calculators, an automated quote generation bot, and order routing.
A client opens the site → sees the product catalog with current specifications. No need to message a manager for weight or dimensions — it's all on the product page.
Path calculator → the client assembles their own project specification, sees weight and cost before submitting a request. No "let's negotiate blind" — both parties understand the numbers upfront.
Card calculator → on each product page, the client instantly calculates their configuration. No call to the sales department for basic information.
Bot composes quotes automatically → checks stock availability, pulls current prices, generates the full commercial proposal. The manager receives a ready quote for review instead of building it from scratch for every lead.
An order comes in → automatically sent with the ready quote to email and Telegram to the right people. No lost leads, the manager sees the numbers immediately.
Outcome
70–100 leads per month — for a B2B niche with a long sales cycle, that's a strong stable flow. Most leads come after using the calculator, meaning the client already knows what they want when they write to the manager. Not "call us to discuss pricing" but "here are my specs, when can you ship."
The team no longer assembles quotes manually — the bot does it: checks stock, applies current prices, generates the full proposal. The manager handles final tweaks for the client and sends. What used to take an hour per lead now takes minutes.
Working with contractors became smoother: automatic routing removed the manual forwarding bottleneck. A notable side effect — the site functions as both catalog and sales tool: B2B clients come to explore the range and stay for specifications.

Site has been running since April 2026, processing incoming orders automatically. Full case study with final metrics is being prepared after the measurement period completes.
Lessons Learned
The main lesson — two calculators serve different tasks and both are needed. The path calculator for systematic designers building large specs, the card calculator for quick calculations on a product page. One universal calculator wouldn't have worked — too different user flows.
The biggest ROI came not from calculators or auto-routing but from the bot assembling the quote before any human sees the lead. Calculators give the client self-service, the bot gives the manager a ready artifact. When both layers work together, the cycle from request to signed quote drops from days to hours.
